Shipping & Pre-Order Information

Pre-Order Items:
Please note that pre-order items will be shipped within 20–30 days after your order is placed. Delivery time may vary depending on order volume.

Standard Orders:
All other orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours using Bpost, PostNL, or DHL—whichever is fastest for your location.

Delivery Time:

• Belgium: 1–3 business days

• International: 7–12 business days

Please note that while these are typical delivery times, your package may arrive sooner. All orders include a tracking number, so you can follow your order every step of the way. Occasionally, delivery may be delayed due to circumstances beyond our control, such as postal service delays.

Tracking Your Order:
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email to monitor your delivery status.
